We are confident in the quality of our prints and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Returns are accepted on all Artful Skecha products if/when a piece is delivered incorrectly or damaged. Returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the artwork. If the incorrect size/type was ordered, the price for shipping the item back to us will not be refunded. Prints must be packed in the original packaging.
TERMS OF SERVICE
We provide shipping worldwide. All orders are first class and posted within 48 hours of placing the order (excluding bank holidays and weekends). This will determine the receiving time of your purchase. Estimation times are listed below:
- UK: 3-5 days - International: 7-12 days
Please bear in mind, we are not responsible for any duty tax/customs fees that may be charged.
Commissions
1) The Artist agrees to complete the commission for the Client at the agreed price listed out in the supplied invoice
2) The agreed commission cost includes all works, in creating the art and secure postage & packaging to the Client, notwithstanding any unconventional postage/shipping/tax charges.
3) The Artist accepts a 50% non-refundable deposit before commencing work, as listed under “Deposit” in the supplied invoice. This is to protect the Artist’s investment in time and materials.
4) Prior to beginning the artwork, the Artist may create a visual mock-up preview for the Client to review and determine the overall composition. Any significant addition to the composition thereafter shall be subject to further cost.
5) The remainder of the outstanding balance (as per “outstanding balance” on the invoice) is accepted upon completion, and Client approval of works. Once fulfilled, the artwork shall be dispatched for delivery.
6) Regular updates will be communicated during the project by means of work in progress pictures/emails to ensure Client satisfaction.
7) Minor changes and adjustments can be conducted based on feedback from the Client throughout the process. Any major amendments during/after completion shall be at an extra cost, determined by the Artist.
8) The timescale of the project is to be agreed with the Client. The Artist shall not incur any liability for delays in the completion of the project due to actions or negligence of the Client, unusual transportation delays, unforeseen illness, or external forces beyond the control of the Artist. If such event(s) occur, it shall entitle the Artist to extend the completion/delivery date, by the time equivalent to the period of such delay.
9) The Artist retains the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of future publications, educational purposes, marketing materials, print reproductions and portfolio/website.
10) The Client may not profit from the artwork beyond the completion of the commission through the resale of digital files, prints or merchandise, unless agreed with the Artist at the outset.
11) All personal data, correspondence and documents provided will be treated as confidential between the Client and the Artist, unless consent has been granted by both parties involved.
12) By fulfilling the deposit payment, the Client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
